THE TEAM FOR AN ALL-ROUND SERVICE

The Visitor Services – Information, Exhibitions & Events Team comprises around 100 people. They support visitors to the Humboldt Forum throughout their stay – from scanning tickets at the entrance to providing information within the exhibitions.

As visitors enter the Humboldt Forum, they are warmly welcomed by members of this team: they greet the guests at the entrance, provide information on the diverse programme, help them find their way around and take care of the cloakroom. At the entrance to the exhibitions, they manage admission control and ensure that house rules are implemented throughout the exhibitions in a service-oriented manner, whereby visitors’ questions never remain unanswered.

In addition, the team supports over 500 events each year: they oversee admission, answer questions or organise queue management, thus contributing to a positive visitor experience.
