A SMALL TEAM WITH BIG TASKS

The Visitor Services – Contact Centre, Information & Tickets Team comprises around 20 people. They process inquiries about a visit to the Humboldt Forum, make bookings and manage the ticket counter in the foyer.

With dedication and competence, the team takes care of booking requests from schools, universities, companies and private individuals, and offers advice on the diverse programme.  The service team also assigns suitable guides and serves as their point of contact for the wide range of educational activities on offer, such as guided tours and workshops.

Inquiries are processed seven days a week – both by phone and email. At the ticket counter, the team sells tickets, provides information and serves as an important point of contact for visitors to the Humboldt Forum. In addition, team members also manage the box office during evening events.
