The Infrastructure Services team is responsible for mail and cleaning at the Humboldt Forum and its associated properties.

The team for postal services consists of two people who coordinate outgoing mail and are also responsible for the smooth delivery of letters and parcels in the Humboldt Forum. In addition to receiving shipments, their daily tasks also include forwarding mail and running errands between the various office buildings.

The Cleaning team works reliably behind the scenes – visitors of the Humboldt Forum often only see the end result: an inviting, clean building with a well-kept outdoor area. The external service provider supervised by the team employs the latest sustainable technologies and work tools – including cleaning robots.
