Our Team

ALL AGES, DIVERSE AND SERVICE-ORIENTED

The Humboldt Forum Service Gesellschaft employs people with over 30 different native languages. The employees are between 17 and 73 years of age and come from various backgrounds and life paths. They all represent the Humboldt Forum and its values, making it a place of exchange and diversity in practice. Together, the teams enable all visitors a safe and pleasant stay at the Humboldt Forum.

The administration team takes care of all matters concerning the employees’ work schedule, wages, workplace safety and training. Personal concerns can be addressed directly during regular office hours.  The works council and the representative body for employees with disabilities are also available for questions.

Although the daily tasks of the teams vary, they share a common passion for working with people. Alongside their strong focus on visitor service, the staff stand out for their professionalism, attentiveness and openness – also towards each other. To ensure a good working environment, the teams have agreed on a set of guiding principles for working together.
